So Rafael can’t be blamed for the events that unfold after his arrest. He’s not responsible for the sting operation, for Pflophouse’s new mixtape, for Officer Williams and her delusional suspects, for the meth pipes, for the FBI, for the rich kids with nothing to lose, for Mateo, for Larry the pig, for all the knives, for the aspiring local TV journalist, for the plutonium deal gone wrong, or for anyone who may or may not die because of that deal going wrong. None of this is Rafael’s fault, but it is his problem.
